I powered up my headset, and was unable to access any of my games. Kept getting an authentication error. I went into the oculus app, and it said my oculus account was merged with my facebook account. When I logged in with my facebook account, it forced me to setup a new id. Which I did, and then could not get the 5 digit code on the headset as it was already setup. As per facebook (meta or whatever they call themselves nowadays), it was recommended in to do a factory reset of the headset and uninstall and reinstall the app. lo and behold, all of the games I had disappeared, even though they are supposed to remain in the library. It is impossible to get support, or open up a ticket.
