cannot finish setup Meta Quest with Meta Horizon mobile App

Hi everyone! We cannot finish setup our Meta Quest with the Meta Horizon mobile App because of the safety and health video not playing appropriately. The play button is not pushable. Because of that we are not able to finishing the setup of the Meta Quest.  We testet 2 different phones but the problem is still the same. Please help

Also having the same issue.  Folks on reddit are saying I need to uninstall meta horizon app and install an older verison of the app as a workaround to the safety video failing. However, I'm a sophisticatedly UNtech savvy person and cannot figure out how to do this.

So yea we figured it out using the reddit technique to do this you must

• Uninstall most recent app
• Search for meta 191.0.0.14.106 version on android phone or tablet (older models of phone and tablet as the meta app version above isn't compatible with newer phones either!!)

Download APK file and restart set up

Once you do this you can complete the set up but be warned quite a few apps no longer work on oculus go so what ya can do is very limited but my daughter is happy with it but shame on meta for basically making it useless due to upgrades forcing people to buy expensive new head sets.
