Couple days ago, i changed up my facebook password, foolishly i forgot the password i set for that. therefore it gave me an option to go to my email to verify, but i cant go to my email anymore apparently, cause its been either deleted or removed from google/gmail. ive been trying to remove the current email for my meta quest, but i cant cause it doesnt exist, and i cannot remove it from my account since im locked out of my facebook account. Im asking for support in this matter, it seems like every solution ive searched and looked up doesnt do anything for me since i have NO access in anything.
