cannot set up meta account will not link to FB

hi 

device essentially bricked at this time

will not connect to FB 

error message

"Could not pull user data from Facebook account."

tried app , pc different browsers even downloaded a fresh browser! on wifi and on LTE. 

followed advice on here that I found and reset the headset .. same error now can even set up the headset as it wont link to my FB account to set up a mandatory meta account.

What next?

update also tried talking to your chat bot .. ticket number 06964524  asked for a screen shot of error then disconnected saying no response !!
