This is really starting to tick me off i have read through all of the chats and all of the responses but nothing works, i cant add my card i have tried everything you guys have said like trying a different device and try other internet connections but non of them work, i have asked for help so much with no responses and nothing is helping @MetaQuestSupport
Same here, i have a new card and i cant add it, i cant even add the same visa i used until yesterday lmao and they keep saying to try on different devices internet etc 🤡

Same issue here. been talking to customer service for 2 months now. I even had to provide identity to prove it was my card. last month they said they were looking into it, and now they just send me the same copy/paste reply about still investigating. Card works everywhere else. bank has said its nothing on their side. frustrating!
