whenever i try to install games on my rift it suddenly stops and says " sorry, we could not install gorilla tag. visit meta quest support for help." an i have no idea why i have done lots of things and it still does not work please help
Hey there! We see you're having issues with installing your rift games and we know the time this is taking away from your friends. This is not the experience we want you to have with us and want to get you back on track. We were wondering how this started to happen? Do you currently have games or is it all of them having issues with? Have you restarted the device and PC?

Thank you for that information! Do you have regular Quest 2 games as well? Normally these games are not all cross-buy and not all of them would download on a rift if the version is not for it. However, we can get more information through a pm to get a better look at this for you.
