air link AND link cable won't help me connect to my quest 2 and I am wondering how to connect to the computer app. they are on the same Wi-Fi and is being used by one account that is shared (but my computer isn't paired yet). I know this isn't lots of info but if you would like more info please tell me.

thanks for responding, i have recently tried factory reset along with link cable and quest link( as i already said)
other than that i have not really tried anything else. sorry for the low information but i dont know lots of troubleshooting steps, maybe you can lable a couple so i can try to do them or see if ive already done them because my memory isnt too good. thank you!!!
