tried to factory reset, play off my Hotspot, reconnect my account, and just about every other troubleshooting option I could find yet I can't connect to any online games. I have a strong wifi connection and everything is updated properly but whenever I try to play multiplayer games they're either don't work or only let me play single player. I was fine 2 days ago but now I can't do anything.

Firstly, if any changes have been made recently, either to the environment, or in the headset settings then you can try changing them back to see if that solves the issue.
