cant’t purchase on the mobile app

I received the VR Quest 2 nine months ago and it let me buy games with my debit card but one day I ran out of money and I used my parents' card and it didn't work I tried again with mine and I haven't been able to since to buy the games because it turns out that the payment method is impossible to add.
I have enough money and buy with card often. Ps: I'm from Europe
