i cant change my child's birthday in the account. it just says it cant update that info at the moment?
They cant request friends or accept request. i want to approve them but it wont let me approve friends in a child's account. its completely locked. this is why I'm trying to change it to teen
help?

When you’re managing a child’s Meta account, you can:
Social features for children’s Meta accounts are currently restricted. Also, previous subscriptions are canceled (you can request applicable refunds through the Meta Quest Store).

found work around to " You aren't able to create an account based on the information that you provided.". set birth date to one day before you are 13 wait one day. you will be able to change your age to what ever you want as you will be 13 then.

I am having the same issue. I understand what I can manage in my child account. But I am trying to change his age in his account because I put in the wrong year. He can not do what he was able to do in the past in the app Gorilla Tag. PLEASE HELP!!
