charging dock causes some problem

I bought the charging dock yesterday.

Now, It has some problem.

1. HMD does not display normally. I switch on. Then I hear the sound of power on. But just all black (slightly bright comparing power off).

2. rechargeable battery is not working correctly. cant power on. but on the dock green LED. when I put controller on dock, I dont heard any sound.

I try push button of battery ~20 s. still cant work.

@Haya07  it sounds like an update to the headset has caused the issue not the charging dock, but you got the dock at the same time as the update was released. Get in touch with meta support and raise a ticket.
