im having difficulty with my MetaQuest 3 vr on my new gaming laptop 

 

It says I dont have the recommended minimum specs to use the quest link but my gaming laptop is powerful 

Here are my specs:

@G.Paws  you need to use the SteamLink or Virtual Desktop apps to connect the headset wirelessly to the laptop as the implementation of Link/airlink is garbage. If you don't have a suitable router to stream PCVR content wirelessly to the headset, then there are alternatives like the D-Link or Puppis S1 wifi adaptors.

Thanks much appreciated I got my prismxr puppis s1 yesterday and was studying it learning how it works and finally sorta figured it out with my phone’s hotspot as internet so far so good but im disappointed it had 2 usb ports that had to go into the computer but anyway will only play on vr once a while can I use the occulus link cable instead? Its type c usb

@G.Paws  Both the Puppis S1 and the D-Link adaptor are wireless.  You could use an ethernet to  USB-C cable from your PC  to the headset using the Virtual Desktop apps, like in the last link above.
