I before Christmas had to send my device back in to be replaced as it had developed a software fault. I was promised a brand new device, instead was given reconditioned one. This will not pair controllers with the reconditioned headset.
When discussing raising a complaint with the college Emma on the 19/02/25 she refused to raise a complaint or advise on how to raise any complaint at all. This caused great stress and anxiety as it seemed odd the unwilling nature of there behavior to help.
It is unacceptable to be refused a complaint which isn't unreasonable in this situation. To have a faulty device replaced with another faulty device.
also the refusal to help or raise a complaint is not ok.
I am hoping with this someone can reach out to me in regards to a complaint.
I am truly unhappy with being lied to by original agent who promised a new device not a reconditioned one.
at this stage I simply want my money back for the device and would be happy to send it back. £299 on something that broke under warrant and still isnt fixed 3 months later is ridiculous
