debris or liquid error is actually to prevent fire hazard from too much stress on the battery.

When connecting the headset to the official charger, I get the debris liquid error intermittently, but only if I'm using the headset whilst it's charging.

This is obviously a less frightening way of prompting the user to disconnect the power supply when there is danger of overheating the battery and potentially a fire hazard due to the extra stress on the battery caused by charging whilst the headset is in use.

A more sensible solution would be for MetaOS to bypass charging if the battery gets too hot when the headset is in use, and instead run directly from the external power source.  Presumably this should be easy to implement assuming there is already some form of OS controlled overcharging battery protection.

This would allow the headset to be used for longer periods of time without damaging the battery.
