dedicated router setup for Air Link

Blind133
Honored Guest

I rent a apartment and use my landlords router. I do not have physical access to this device.

I saw this guide on dedicated router setup for Air Link

So i went and got a wireless router and quest 2 gets internet fine. but its not on the same 192.168.2.X network. Using network sharing gives my eathernet adapter a 192.168.137.X network.

At the end of the day i don't need internet access on my Quest 2 as im only playing single player games but i don't want to use a cable. so i just need 5ghz wifi directly to my desktop.

Ideas?
