I have been going in circles for 3 days seeing as how there is no customer service for Facebook and you guys don’t seem much easier to find help with my account. I never had meta or knew what it was. Until I was hacked and locked out of my Facebook account. They changed everything and I couldn’t get any code to reset my password bc everything went to them and their email address. They added this meta profile but with my name and information. They also set up two factor authentication so anytime I try reset anything they are the ones getting notified! I have since recovered my Facebook account bc I sent in my passport photo. However there were several emails and wrong info that I’ve deleted except for this one email that’s connected to meta with 2FA. Facebook has also recently deleted my marketplace privileges to buy and sell. Which is my job and how I make my living. I am certain they did this bc of the suspicious activity recently. I’m desperate for help and cannot make any money or run my business until this email and meta is removed from my account. Please help me.
