so I sent my friend the link they went through the process as directed (the headset was pre bought but wasn't turned on just yet) and they got the $35 CAD but I didn't and everywhere I looked said to wait 7 days but I still haven't gotten it so I was wondering if anyone knew what was wrong @MetaQuestSupport

follow the link and scroll down to "still need help? Contact support"
or send a PM @MetaQuestSupport
click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.
They can help you to get your store credit.

what you saw - the 7 days - is for app referrals, not device referral
Look in your wallet, is there anything you can redeem?

I checked today and no it was just my credit card it said I had no store credit
