does leaving rift cv1 plugged in hurt air link performace

Honored Guest

Hi, I was wondering, does leaving my rift cv1 plugged in hurt the performance of my Oculus quest 2 while using Airlink.

I donlt know about CV1 but I used to find that my Airlink performance (at least with Alyx) was seriously hampered if my Rift S wasn't plugged in. I never did get to the bottom of why that might be but it's still plugged in now and Airlink works flawlessly in all games. Maybe that's the thing anyone experiencing issues is missing - a second, wired headset.
