To reset your PIN using the Meta Quest mobile app:
Open the Meta Quest mobile app on your device.
Tap Menu in the bottom right corner, then tap Settings.
Tap Account Settings.
Tap Reset Meta Quest PIN.
Tap Forgot PIN?, then tap REQUEST PIN RESET.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your PIN.
