I recently bought an elite strap for my oculus quest 2 and it started to crack. i contacted oculus and I filled out all of the information and shipped it. I got conformation that they have received it, they said they would be ordering me a new one and would email me when it shipped within a few days. That was 10 days ago. I have sent them emails asking about the status and have gotten no response. what can i do?

Same for me. Strap broke after 2 months of use. Filled out the RMA and never got any answer. I mailed them again 7 weeks ago. Still no answer. Support is a mess!
