It might be possible that you account doesn't follow community guideline or privacy policy and for this season you account got suspended but it might be also possible to restore the account by contacting with meta support team and requesting them to take a manual review for your account, there are some changes to get back the account after the manual review but must be you need to have a government issuade ID and this ID information should be match with your account information.
For your business page, if you aren't able to restore your account then I am sure you can restore your business page and for doing this you need to submit an page admin dispute request with necessary information and document to meta support or meta Pro team.
I was previously able to recover a business page like this from my friend's disabled account.

This is happening to a lot of people recently. One theory suggests it is a security flaw that allows a hacker to use a session cookie to link a rogue Insta account to a victim’s other valid account without having to log in. They then use the Insta account in a manner that gets it and the linked account suspended. Reddit has some extensive discussions about things people have tired to get their accounts back.
Some users are also victimized a second time when sleazes PM them saying they can help by using their own Verified and/or business accounts, or even that they know someone at Meta who can fix it… all for a fee, of course. Be Careful!
