factory reset deleted all my games

I factory reset and it deleted all my games and data but I know that it does that so I put it on the cloud and when I got back into it reset it up I could not read download my games so I completely lost access to them like I have to rebuy them what do I do

Not really, so don't panic (yet)....

Pair the headset with a phone or such to set it up - use the same account on the app that you used on the headset before the factory reset.
Leave the headset on and on charge - after about an hour or so your apps and games will be back.
Some might not show right away, so check your app library under 'not installed' - all still not installed apps and games you had will be listed there and a click will install them for you.

That is of course assuming you DO have the account details......

Hey there @NIGHTRIDER2522! Missing applications is not something we want anyone to deal with, and we would love to help you out!

The most common reason for apps to require a repurchase is either it being refunded by accident, or more commonly after a reset, using the wrong account that has no purchases to setup the headset. Once the headset has been setup on an account, the only way to change it would be to perform another Factory Reset. Make sure you can log into your account on the mobile app and check the purchase history. If you are confident you have the correct account and are still missing your applications, we would love to help you out and help you get you access to your games again!
