so I updated my headset to v53 then while I was playing gorilla tag I saw flashing yellow pixels then when I exited it then went to a dark place in home and then they start flashing

We are also excited to see if we can find a solution with you. First and foremost, are you experiencing this issue with many games or simply Gorilla Tag? Have you tried resetting the headset to see if it makes a difference? Also, if the problem is limited to Gorilla Tag, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
