games crashing seems to be only oculus store games (ver 31.0 bug?)

This is on the RIFT S

minecraft bedrock gives this error before even fully loading: "clip license device id does not match the device id in the bound device license"

I tried reinstalling it. 

and

roborecall loads up to the mission select area but crashes after about 30 seconds and just says "it has stopped working"

also oculus home doesnt work. it loads for a few seconds than just goes back to windows. and I can't see my hands.

tried restarting didn't do anything. played a steam vr game and it was fine.

figured it out.   that error means you need to reinstall from the microsoft store.

still don't know why robo recall started crashing though..
