I purchased my Quest 3 from a reseller that sent me a wrong order number, how can I get from mi device 's serial? in my profile it says that my Quest 3 I covered by warranty 'til may 2026 but can't open a ticket for some stuck pixels on my visor due the fact that support is asking me for my order number... shouldn't be the SN bounded to my account enough?

it's the usual way to claim warranty with an order number......probably to make sure, it's not a stolen device. Note: I don't say, you or the guy you bought the Quest from have done that, but.....you know, what I mean.😉
Is there no way to contact the private retailer and ask him to send you the correct order number?
If that is not possible, send a PM @MetaQuestSupport ......maybe they'll find a way to help you.

I don't think you'll be asked for an "order number" if you buy it in person in a store.......because there is no order number. You have the invoice or receipt as proof.
I also don't think you'll be asked for an "order number" if you order it from an official reseller like Amazon......the order number from Amazon isn't the same as the Meta order number. As you said, it only makes sense if it's ordered directly from Meta.
In the case described here, a headset was ordered by a (private) person/retailer directly from Meta. He sold the device again with giving an incorrect order number,so.......
