Hi all been trying to send a game to a mate but all I get is this message

The recipient cannot redeem this gift, Pleases select another gift or recipient

the game is Resident Evil 4 for quest 2 which is what he has

any help will be much appreciated

I'm have the exact same problem, it won't let me gift a game for my nephew (Vader Immortal). Tried a few times, what's going on?

Thanks for getting back to me. Even though there were error messages saying it couldn't be gifted, it was actually sent to him. Don't know why the error message but he's pleased he now has the 3 Vader games.

Hey there! You having issues with a Gift? 

We are all mad here.

I am trying to send a game to my mother. And I'm getting the message that I'm not able to, so is there a setting that needs to be tweaked or changed in order for that to be allowed? Because from the forum, it says that the issue has already been resolved. But it doesn't look like it has been or at least not for me.

I see you replied! Thank you for letting me know this is still an issue you're having. However, I recommend getting connected with @MetaQuestSupport. Click their name and make sure you're sign in to then "send message". They will need to look thoroughly through your account to see what is going on!  

We are all mad here.

My cousin gifted me the climb 2 and blades and it’s not come through stall the payment worked but hasn’t been sent
