I want to play gym class but every single time I get on gym class it says I'm offline. I did a whole I did the system up like restart. I think it's called Uh I don't know what it's called. It's like where you restart the complete headset and I don't know why it's just not working for me. Do you guys know how to fix that? I've deleted the game, Reinstalled it so many times and then I like I said I restarted my headset. Completely and now it still doesn't work. Can you help me with that?

We suggest that you view your Active Status. You can do this on the Meta Horizon app and also your Meta Quest device. Please see below the instructions on how to do so:
Meta Horizon app:
(Please ensure you are logged into the app using your account)
1) On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
2) Tap at the top of your Horizon Feed.
3) Scroll down to Privacy and security, then tap Privacy settings.
4) Tap Active Status, then select the Active Status setting you want.
Meta Quest:
1) Put on your headset, then hover over the clock on the left-hand side of the universal menu.
2) When Quick settings appears, select it to open the Quick settings panel.
3) Select Settings, then select Privacy and safety.
4) Select Active Status, then select the Active Status setting you want.
