I am desperate to fix this issue so trying the experts here. I got a Meta Quest 3 and can't even use my FB account, I really feel that Meta should provide extra account support when customers invest that kind of money into a tool
Early August, someone hacked my personal FB account of 16 years, changed to their email/phone number, their name internally, added a 2FA. It's been a nightmare as my business account is attached to that as well, I feel that I have lost my whole community, my memories and my business suffered which has been really tough to manage.
I can still view the two business accounts linked on Meta Business but I just can't post ads or boost them or anything at all. I am just locked out as it requires access to a 2fa that I don't have and my ID doesn't work since they changed the registered account. They wipped out the "devices used" so I can't log into an old computer, doesn't work.
I have spent 100s of hours, contacted so many people, evn the attourney general in CA and absolutely no change. I am desperate for help. Anyone might be able to help? thanks!

The best place to start would be the Facebook Help Center, there they have all the resources and tools to be able to assist you with any Facebook Account issues such as Hacked accounts.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to contact Meta Support Pro:
1. Go to the Meta Business Help Center:
Visit the Meta Business Help Center.
2. Navigate to Business Support Home:
Once you’re in the help center, look for the Business Support Home section.
3. Find the "Still Need Help?" Button:
Scroll through the options, and you should see a button labeled "Still need help?" Click on it to proceed.
4. Fill Out the Form:
A form will appear asking for your contact information and a brief description of your issue.
Be as detailed as possible in describing your issue. Adding any relevant links or screenshots can also help.
5. Submit the Form:
After completing the form, click the Submit button.
This will send your request to Meta Support.
6. Wait for a Representative to Respond:
A Meta representative should contact you shortly, usually within a few minutes, to assist wi
th your issue.
