Hey again, we just wanted to check back in just in case you are still having any issues with charging. We suggest covering the proximity sensor, removing the facial interface, ensuring the charging port is clean, and trying different cables and outlets. Otherwise, we are here to assist! Our inbox is open and available at any time, just let us know if you need help from our Profile Page.

Hi there, Yes and No, personally i didn't find a solution but i reached out to META support and they told me to send the headset back for repairs (also because its within warranty) so i'd say if the problem still occurs even after MetaQuestSupport's respond, try and reach out to Meta support for a repair.      -Squeaker98

Personally i can't try that out, i've already talked with Andrew at Support and i shipped it back for repairs, thanks for replying.     -Squeaker98
