Dear Meta Support, My WhatsApp account associated with the number +***, my Instagram account ***, and my Facebook account *** were terminated after I linked a UnionPay prepaid card issued in China to Instagram. Please note that this card is legal and valid in my country (Colombia), and I was unaware that using it would violate any policy. I am the legitimate owner of the card and all my accounts, and I had no malicious intent. I have already completed the identity verification process, but my accounts remain closed. I find this extremely unfair, especially after years of legitimate use. My Instagram account had over 29,000 followers and was painstakingly created. I kindly request a manual review of my case. We’re sorry to hear you are having issues with your Social Media accounts, however as community managers we aren’t able to assist you with this directly.
We can help with Quest related issues but unfortunately we lack the ability to assist with Social Media accounts issues.
For disabled, suspended or banned accounts the best place to get help is as follows:
