help me pls

M oculus will not connect to my phone app ive tried everything close to my router Bluetooth on ocululs on nearby delete and reinstall phone restart oculus restart etc... it will connoct to my pc app just not my phone phone is iphone 13 pro its full updated same with app. just someone help i really need it connected. PS. ive had this isue fore 2 months now:(

Heya jonjonhicks! We hate to hear about you having issues with pairing your headset and mobile app. We want to do everything we can to get you back into VR! We do have a couple of troubleshooting steps we'll like for you to try.

Can you please follow these steps to do a Cloud Backup. This will make sure that all of your data is saved to the Cloud, so you won't lose any of it after doing a Factory Reset.

  1. Put on your headset, then hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select System, then select Backup.
  4. Select the toggle next to Cloud Backup to turn Cloud Backup on or off.

After you do that, we'll like for you to do a Factory Reset.

  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

Doing all of that should resolve your pairing issues. If you are still having troubles, we ask that you create a ticket on our Support Website. There you will be greeted by one of our amazing agents who will assist you into looking at warranty options.
