how can i use hands with PC link?

Hi, i am trying to not use the controllers while playing pc flight sims or racing.

however when the oculus connects to the PC link, i lose the ability to see my hands and select the app i want to run.  I then have to find the controller to click and select my app to load and play.

if i'm not in PC link mode, then my hands are seen and tracked just fine.  additionally if i am in pc link mode then i can still turn my hands around and the oculus menu will show if i pinch my finders.

Why then can't i pick and select what app i want to run with my hands?

its apain in the butt to have to find the controller and put it down, then find it again just to pick things.  not to mention i have to remove the headset to find the controller.

is there a fix, or have not configured something right?

I don't believe PCVR supports hand tracking. Link and Airlink allow you to use your Quest 3 as, in effect, an Oculus Rift which never supported hand tracking. No PCVR software supports it either - it's purely a standalone thing.

even if it does not support full hand tracking in PCVR, it would be nice to have the ability to select a app in the quest menu without having to use the controllers?  i'm hoping someone has found a way to do that.
