okay I unpaired a controller from this headset and never repaired it to it so now because i forgot to repair it i am now stuck in the set-up screen for the meta quest 2 and can't do anything because of that so is there anyway to set up a controller to it or do it with one controller

@reaperboy789.2022 the controller button presses mentioned in this link should put the controllers into pair mode.
