You can order accessories, including a new headset cable, here:
https://www.oculus.com/accessories/

Processing time is quick, usually only a few days, plus shipping (another few days depending on region). Thanks.

I'm getting the "test this on a computer we approve of" reply, too. My rig is a MacBook Pro with a GTX 1060 eGPU. It actually meets all the requirements, since I use the eGPU, but I guess the Apple connection is making Support leery? I can't test it on another computer because I literally don't know anyone else who has a computer that meets the minimum specs. Support said they'd look into it more and get back to me, but it's obvious they have a checklist, and running on unusual rigs is a hiccup for quite a few people, even when the problem is obviously something physical with the Rift or its cables.

Apple hardware can be problematic, even when running Windows. Laptops, in general, are also not recommended. The eGPU can definitely help, but it's still not a standard configuration and could potentially cause compatibility problems.

You can buy a replacement cable here, if you want. Hope that helps.

My cable is toast too but I find the price of a replacement a little too high after paying top dollar a year ago for the rift and motion.

I'm out of warranty and may eventually grab a cable if they drop in price but for now, it's shelved.  Out of curiosity, has anyone successfully replaced the HDMI connector on the end of the rift?  Could you use a donor cable and splice it onto the rift's cable to replace the HDMI connector? Not an eloquent or permanent solution but cost effective if it's possible ..?

My experience so far with Oculus Support has been iffy.  I was asked to jump through far too many hoops to resolve a trivial issue.  I have no idea what Oculus's margins are, but if they are so thin that they have to fight tooth and nail before resolving customer problems promptly and without requiring excessive effort on the customer's part, perhaps they should increase the price a bit as insurance so they can deliver better customer support.

At the moment, I don't believe so, but we're planning on selling parts in the near future. You may just have to wait a little bit. Thanks.

Seriously?
As of yesterday my cable became faulty, so now I can't use the headset unless i keep my head still.

Yep my cable is now playing up having twisted itself over time near the top. Screw paying £49 for a replacement. A bit of DIY (clamps) should do the job.
