how to switch space? have set up 2 rooms, can't switch

I've set up 2 rooms in my house. did create space and named them. they have the walls set up etc. when I want to use the 2nd room I can't switch. I see the guardian thru the floor down in the 1st room. can't switch between them myself and quest 3 doesn't recognize I'm in a different room.

 

any ideas? 

 

it seems sorta pointless having multiple rooms if you can't switch. Hopefully there's a switch function I'm missing.

Hi @Falk3n 🙂

I'm not entirely sure, but I believe currently the Quest 3 can remember only one boundary....the one you used before you turned off the headset.

This could change with a future update.

yea its weird, we can set up multiple spaces, but as you say it seems you can only set up 1 guardian at a time. seems a but half baked currently. 

I hope it gets updated

As far as I know, you just have to move to the proper area. In my case, I have two, one in my office room and one in my living room (2 distinct floors).

 When I start a game or app requiring an area,  I am asked to move into one if not already in one of them. At this point, I can see them through walls. Just reaching one is enough and the game starts.

mine doesn't do that. I'm in my 2nd set up space and it won't give me an option to use it unless I draw a new guardian.

if I do that this space becomes active. then my other space doesn't work, unless I draw a new guardian there again. 

both spaces are set up with walls etc and are named. it doesn't recognise when I move to the u active one tho like it does on yours. 

Hm, maybe you can try, what @chris.o.yul  said.

Put on the headset in your second space....but without being in the aera you've set up as your play space.

Maybe then both guardians you've set up are visible??

I only have 1 account so both rooms are on the 1 account. I can see them both in the "set up spaces" settings. 

I've tried to go from one to the other but nothing has worked so far.
