i am trying to update bonelab to patch 3 but it cancels

it gives me the error message "sorry, we couldn't download BONELAB. please visit oculus support to get help." and later I found out that oculus support is near to complete oblivion if not for business

Heya @somoan.maris. We understand how troubling it can be to not have the newest update in BONELAB. Not to worry, we'll try our best to get you that new update. Now we'll like to try rebooting the headset first to try to fix this. Please follow the steps below. 

  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Boot and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

Now if that doesn't seem to do the trick, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. We look forward to seeing how these steps help! Please reach back out with a update whenever you can.

i am trying also to update bonelab to the public beta. however whenever i click update, it begins to update but then stops after one or two seconds like nothing ever even happened. how do i fix this? thanks.

I've had the same issue! Trying to go back to patch 3 and it says its queued for like half a second and then stops

I'm trying to update bonelab the the public beta using my meta quest app, but instead of updating it says queued for about a second and automatically cancels. Please help!

We would love to assist you in reaching your end goal of going back to Patch 3, yet seeing how the current version is Patch 4, a request of that caliber is better suited for the developers of Bone Labs, Stress Level Zero.
