i bought a game on my 128GB quest 3 but i cant download it on the 512GB quest 3

I bought the 128gb quest 3, 3 months ago and recently decided to sell the 128gb one and get the 512gb one after i realized i will need the space, I bought fnaf help wanted on the old quest but when i tried to download it on the new one it showed like i didnt buy it for some reason and says i need to buy it again to play it, i got it during a discount so i got it for around £19.54 and not the £25 normally, its strange because nothing changed but the headset now i cant play it because of a bug.

any tips on what to do?

Unfortunetly I had been busy and only yesterday sent an email to support and just waiting for a reply. I tried one more time, even resetng the quest but still having the issue, its shows I bought it and even got the payment confirmation from when I bought it, I'm waiting for a reply since its been less then 24 hours. I'm in no rush but I do want to play the game by next week, so if you can solve the issue faster that would be great.
