Are you looking for games you bought for Quest 3 in the PC app?
You won't find them there. The PC app library and the Quest library are different things. PC games run on Windows systems, Quest games run on Android. None of your Quest games will show up there... unless it's a cross-buy game where you get a free PC version when you buy the Quest version of a game.
Also even if the game has cross buy, it won't show up in the other library automatically. You need to go into the PCVR store and press the Get button (replaces the Buy button when you own a cross buy game).
