Since yesterday, I have suddenly been unable to purchase or gift games.
When I attempt to make a payment, an error message appears.
I also cannot use Meta Cash.
Even when I log in with a different family member’s account, credit cards and all other payment methods do not work.
I even created a new account, but the issue persists (I can only download free games).
It seems that there is some problem with either my PC, my mobile phone, or my location.
When I log in from this location, Meta AI seems to automatically block any payments.
(I have tried using Chrome and other browsers, and I have cleared the cache and data, but the problem remains the same.)
I am currently waiting for Meta to unlock my account.
I will write down the error message below.

I’ve experienced the same issue before. Since February, I’ve been restricted from purchasing any games.
After waiting about a month, I was able to buy games again.
However, around two weeks ago, the problem came back when I tried to make another purchase.
Since then, I still haven’t been able to buy any games.
I don’t understand why these restrictions are being applied.
I even tried creating a new account and binding it to my device, but I still can’t make any purchases.
It’s possible that Meta has blocked my device from buying any games.
