i had beat saber on an old account no longer accesible

i had beat saber on an older account and lost it due to a factory reset. i wasnt able to sign in the old account because it was "already paired" so i made a new account due to that and lost these games. Job and Vacation Simulator, Superhot VR, Beat Saber, A Curious Tale of the Stolen Pets, I think thats it but any questions i can answer.

Thank you for reaching out to us for more assistance with the problems you are having with the pairing of your headset. We'd be more than happy to lend you a hand with getting your headset paired to the mobile app. Here are some steps you can try:

 

  1. Turn off the headset.
  2. Hold the Power and Volume Down (-) button together until the menu loads
  3. Use the Volume Buttons to highlight Factory Reset and press the Power Button.
  4. Use the Volume Buttons to highlight Yes and press the Power Button.
  • Clear Bluetooth cache
  • Log out, uninstall then re-install app, log back in

If you continue having issues with pairing your headset, you may need to perform another factory reset on your headset and after re-try pairing your headset. 

 

Concerning your new account the games previously purchased on your other account wont be visible on your new account and they are not transferable.
