iPhone 15 Wont Sync Regular Videos to Q3

I can sync my spatial videos on my IPhone 15 (updated to the latest iOS) to the Quest 3 (also updated to the latest), but it will not allow me to sync my regular 2D photos and videos.  How do I do this?

Please keep in mind, I do NOT need to sync spacial videos, I need to know how to sync 2D videos that are on my iPhone.
