Hello everyone,
I’m facing an issue with my Meta Quest 2 and I’m completely stuck. When I turn it on, it asks me to enter a parental control code that I’m supposed to retrieve from my Meta account. Unfortunately, I can’t access my account.
• When I try to log in to meta.com with my registered email, it says an OTP code has been sent, but I never receive anything.
• I attempted to reset my password, but again, no code was sent.
• I’ve checked my inbox, spam folder, and even tried resending the code multiple times—nothing.
I also tried changing the email linked to my account by submitting my device’s serial number and an ID, but I never got a response. Now, when I try again, it says the serial number is invalid.
I can’t find a way to contact Meta support directly, and I’m completely locked out of my headset. Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice on how to regain access would be greatly appreciated!
