I hope to receive help.
I am writing from Italy, I am of legal age.
If I try to download Horizon Worlds it is indicated unavailable.
the strange thing, if after a search, in the store I go to “worlds”, select and click in “go” I get a message that my account is temporarily restricted due to some violations.
From my meta profile the account shows as ok with no restrictions.
I contacted support but they couldn't help me saying they don't have access to the information and check email.
In email I never received anything.
I have had the device for 2 days.
Do you have any solutions?
