issue on pc oculus app

every time i try to download a game on the pc oculus app it always shows an error that it cannot download the game and i have tried so many different things and none of it works so does anyone know a fix for this issue.

Hi there, @Erikvrub.! Making sure you're able to enjoy your VR experience to the fullest is definitely a priority for us, so we appreciate you bringing this to our attention! To start, did this issue begin recently, or have you been able to install those games on the desktop app in the past? If possible, we'd appreciate it if you could try installing a free-to-play game (Meteoric VR, Gamelan Rindik, etc.) directly from the app store on your desktop application, to see if that goes through. Just to make sure, were these games purchased standalone, or specifically for the PC platform? 

We do want to let you know that games and other apps made for the Quest platform cannot be played on the PC platform, and will need to be repurchased there to access it. This is because Rift games use a PC, and therefore, higher functioning components to run the game. So it can have a better performance overall, those games/apps are specifically developed to be played utilizing a PC, and that same software would not work properly on a standalone device. In general, games purchased under one platform will not be available on a different platform, unless it is Cross-Buy enabled. Not all apps and games are Cross-buy enabled, as this is completely up to the developer. That said, we know how important it is to have access to the content you paid for, so please get back to us when you can!
