issues pairing and connecting to pc

hi can anyone help me with connecting the quest 2? the app wont find the headset ive tried multiple phones for this. i downloaded the hub and managed to connect there and i can now use the headset but when i go back to manage devices in the hub the headset isnt there and asks me to connect again. i cant connect my headset to my pc because the debugging pop up doesnt show up but i cant make sure developer mode is enabled properly without being able to connect. i have gone in to the settings on the headset and i dont have the USB Connection Dialog” option there. this was new out of the box and we have had a nightmare with just trying to get it to work.

Thanks for getting back with us, @CJGHOST12! Just a few more pieces of info, so that we may continue with our troubleshooting. Upon doing the initial software update, the headset should pair automatically; if not there is a code that appears on the mobile app; Does that code appear on the mobile app for you at all? Also, we'd like to ensure both your headset and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and same frequency. If you are still experiencing these connectivity issues, we also advise to attempt a factory reset on your headset to further assist. You can follow these instructions listed here for the factory reset process. Give these things a try, and let us know if you still require assistance. Thanks again.

No it doesn’t automatically connect yes I have input the code, no that doesn’t work. Yes I have factory reset the headset multiple times. I then managed to connect via the hub on the pc however the headset is not showing in devices after connection and is still saying add device I have done that 6 times so far and it still isn’t showing in the devices. It is fully updated, yes I am using the same WiFi on all devices. The app on my phone is now finding the headset as a nearby device but still won’t connect to it to allow me to make any changes.
