Can anyone help? My oculus quest 2 is showing a battery with a line going across. The charging light doesn't turn on either. I changed chargers and it still isn't working any suggestions?
Hey there, @drea.montez.2023. Making sure your battery is able to charge is an essential part of making sure you're able to enjoy your device, so we'd love to take a further look to see what's currently going on.
To help get us started, we appreciate you already testing out other charging cables and noticing the LED lights are not appearing. To continue working with the device, we would like to complete the following:
Ensure no liquids have been near the device.
Attempt to charge the headset for 2 hours.
Remove all third party accessories from the headset.
Test new wall outlets or even connect the device to a PC.
Hard reboot the device by holding the power button down for 30 seconds.
Lastly, test if able to factory reset your device. Of course, if, after doing so, any issues continue, please send us a PM to gather more details regarding your headset.
