good quality cable connected to all usb ports on my laptop 2x usbc4 thunderbolt connections 2x usba3 connections, the headset is connected via meta app and the connection speed is somewhere between 2.7-3.4mbps which is great but when I go to launch the link i just get stuck on the three dot screen.
laptop is an acer nitro 16, nvidia rtx 4070, ryzen 7000 series cpu and with an onboard amd radeon gpu. i have tried everythhing and have had no success
