lost tracking, now can't get through to meta support

This is now the 4th device that I have lost tracking and will have to replace. Every time I try to use the meta support chat. I get the error message

something went wrong please refresh page and try again

btw, I have tried using safari, chrome and Firefox to fill out the support chat request

Hi there, thank you for your message. If you are unable to start a support chat with us using different browsers, we would recommend trying to start a chat on a different device or Network. If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know.

I've tried contacting support on multiple devices and networks.  PC, IMAC, IPHONE

Always getting the same error message.

I filled out the email form and finally got a response asking for me to try certain things, which I did without success. It also asked me to leave certain details about me and my account. I did that as well. It has now been several days and I have not gotten a reply. I just don’t understand how the meta support can continue to get worse and worse. I waste more time trying to deal with meta support.

yes. I do. I haven't been able to get it to boot up. I followed instructions to reboot it to no avail. And then to erase and restore. Still won't boot up.

Almost sounds like dirty power is damaging the headset.

4 failing headsets would indicate an environmental variable.

Who put time on 3x speed?!?
