Why when I try to verify the payment via visa credit card m.facbook.com is blocked and verification is not performed visa approved payment. is there something wrong on the server?

My Facebook account has been locked and not getting unlock because its showing confirm your identity option. But I don't have identity document. This account is very important for me.
