Hello I have tried almost every trouble shooting trick there.is in the book. For some reason the oculus link app is stuck on the page "connect your PC to your headset via cable" I can not interact with the menu or any of the buttons. When I pluc in my q pro to link my desktop nothing happens. When I try to link it via my in quest option I get the infinite wheel of "looking for PC'S" the weird thing is that my desktop VR set up works. However I only get audio and mic from my laptop. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall I just get sent back to the page I mentioned. Same with the repair option. Nothing works and I don't wanna factory reset and loose my purchases.
Any help and advise would be amazing. Customer support did not help whatsoever.
